Terms of Service

These terms cover the Life With website and The Impossible Choice educational course provided by Jennifer Randall Young, an individual doing business as Life With: an Alcoholic, based in Nevada, United States. Contact hello@jenniferrandallyoung.com with questions.

1. Educational purpose

Our content is for adult learners and general education. Jennifer shares lived experience; the course is not therapy, diagnosis, medical treatment, legal or financial advice, or a personalized safety plan. It does not promise sobriety, safety, a particular relationship outcome or relief from a health condition. Seek qualified support for individual circumstances. In immediate danger, contact local emergency services when safe.

2. The course purchase

The Impossible Choice is US$47 plus applicable tax, paid once, for personal lifetime access to the purchased course: six module videos with captions, printable workbooks and quick guides, and links to companion reflection tools. There is no scheduled access expiry or recurring course fee. An optional future subscription is separate and is not required to retain purchased course access. Coaching, trips and future paid programs are not included.

Enrollment is not currently open on this website. When checkout is available, review the final price, any applicable taxes, and purchase terms before paying. For transactions completed through Paddle, Paddle is the merchant of record and its Buyer Terms also apply to the transaction. A displayed offer is not confirmation of a completed purchase.

3. Access and personal use

Course access uses your own ChatGPT account. Sign in before purchasing and return with the same ChatGPT account afterward. Signing in alone does not unlock the course: access is linked to that account only after the payment is verified by our server. Do not buy again if access is delayed; use the purchase-check option or contact us with your order reference. We do not receive your ChatGPT password or conversations. Use accurate contact information and keep your login details private. An internet connection and compatible browser are needed for online lessons. You may download and print the supplied PDFs for your own use. Do not share accounts, resell, redistribute, publicly post or copy course materials for others without written permission, except where applicable law allows.

We may maintain or update the delivery platform and address technical problems. Contact us if you cannot access a purchase. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. These terms do not turn lifetime course access into a subscription or remove rights associated with your purchase.

4. Your choices and safety

Participation is voluntary. Skip exercises that do not fit your circumstances or could increase risk. You do not need to send private workbook answers to us. Do not use our contact inbox as an emergency service. Linked tools and external services may have separate terms and privacy notices; their availability and operation may change.

5. Refunds and consumer rights

Our 14-day Refund Policy forms part of these terms. Nothing here excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded. Paddle transaction terms and applicable consumer law also apply where relevant.

6. Responsible use

Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, infringe others' rights or send unlawful content. Access may be restricted for misuse, a verified refund or chargeback, consistent with applicable law. Contact us if you believe a restriction is mistaken.

7. Privacy, changes and questions

See our Privacy Policy for data handling. Updates to these terms will carry a new date. They will not retroactively reduce mandatory consumer rights or change a completed one-time purchase into a recurring charge. For questions or concerns, contact Jennifer at the email above.
