Refund Policy

We want you to have room to decide whether The Impossible Choice is right for you.

A 14-day refund window

For The Impossible Choice, you may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of purchase. This policy applies to the US$47 one-time course purchase, including if you have started watching the lessons or downloaded the workbooks. You do not need to share personal relationship details to request a refund.

How to request a refund

Email hello@jenniferrandallyoung.com with the email used for purchase, your purchase date and your order reference if available. Please do not send card details or sensitive assessment answers. For purchases processed through Paddle, you can also use the support link in your receipt or visit Paddle buyer support.

Processing and course access

We will review the order information and arrange an eligible refund through Paddle for Paddle purchases. Our 14-day offer remains available even if you have watched lessons or downloaded workbooks; you do not need to cancel a subscription because this is a one-time purchase. Refunds normally return to the original payment method where possible; processing and bank-posting times vary. Once a refund is approved and verified, course access associated with that purchase ends, even if you remain signed in with ChatGPT, and permission to use the refunded course materials ends, subject to applicable law.

After 14 days

Contact us if the product is faulty, materially different from its description, or cannot be accessed. The 14-day window does not limit mandatory consumer rights, applicable withdrawal rights, or remedies for defective or undelivered products. For Paddle transactions, its Refund Policy and Buyer Terms also apply; our additional 14-day offer does not reduce protections required by law.

Separate future offers

This policy covers The Impossible Choice course only. Any future subscription, coaching or experience will have its own clearly stated purchase and cancellation terms. The course does not automatically enroll you in a subscription.
